How a draw works
Every draw runs on the same fixed timetable, at 00:00 UTC, every day. Every tenth Saturday jackpot is a ◆ Diamond Draw worth $1,000,000 LCN (ice-blue), and every hundredth draw is a ♦ Ruby Draw worth $2,000,000 LCN (ruby-red). All prizes halve every two years — see the schedule. The instant is the same for everyone on earth; the times on each card are converted to your clock.
- Snapshot. At the draw time the system reads every wallet holding $LCN at a finalized Solana slot and records each balance.
- Commitment. The holder list is hashed and its Merkle root is published before any randomness exists, so the list cannot be edited afterwards.
- Randomness. A verifiable random number is requested from an on-chain VRF provider.
- Selection. Each wallet owns a range as wide as its balance. The random number picks a point; whoever's range it lands in wins.
- Payout. The prize is sent from the rewards vault to the winning wallet and the transaction is published in Results.
Every step is published so anyone can rerun it. See Verify a draw.
Timing details
Balances count at the snapshot slot, not before or after. Tokens bought after the snapshot enter the next draw. Tokens sold before it are not counted.
Eligible balance means whole tokens held in a wallet you control. Tokens held on an exchange are held in the exchange's wallet, not yours, and cannot win for you. Withdraw to a self-custody wallet before the snapshot.
Excluded wallets — the rewards vault, liquidity pools, burn addresses, known exchange wallets, and disclosed team wallets — are removed before the draw. The list is on the Tokenomics page.
Daylight saving. The draw is fixed at 00:00 UTC. In US winter that reads as 4 PM Pacific rather than 5 PM. The moment does not move; only the local label does.
If a draw is delayed — for example because the randomness provider is down — it runs as soon as the service is available, using the snapshot that was already committed. The commitment is what fixes the field, not the clock.

Reading a result
Each card shows the draw number, the prize, the winning wallet, the winning number, and the size of the field at the snapshot. Paid ✓ links to the payout transaction on Solscan. Verify this draw rebuilds the whole result in your browser from the published snapshot and randomness.
Every winner is announced on Telegram and X (@LottoCoinDev) as soon as the draw is paid, with the winning wallet and the transaction link. Winners are identified only by wallet address. We never contact winners privately — not by DM, email, or social media — and nobody from the project will ever ask a winner to send tokens, connect a wallet, or share a seed phrase. Prizes are sent automatically to the winning address; there is nothing to claim.
Rewards vault
$100,000,000 LCN locked for draws. Only ever moves to a winning wallet. All amounts are $LCN tokens, not US dollars.
Prize schedule — halving every 2 years
Every prize — Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Ruby — halves every 104 weeks (2 years) from the first draw. Because each epoch pays half the one before, the total the vault can ever pay converges to about 99,500,000 $LCN — inside the 100,000,000 vault, leaving roughly 500K as a permanent reserve — so the draw never ends; it decays. The current epoch is highlighted. Amounts are whole tokens, rounded down.

What the vault can and can't do
- Tokens leave the vault only as a draw prize, only to the winning wallet, only in the scheduled amount, and only once per draw number.
- The vault does not trade, stake, lend, or provide liquidity.
- If the schedule ever changes, the change is announced in advance on this page and on the project's official channels, with the effective draw number.
- Every outgoing transaction from the vault appears in Results with the draw it paid.
The roadmap includes moving the vault into a Solana program so these rules are enforced by code rather than by policy. Until then, every vault transaction is public and can be checked against the schedule.

Everything on-chain, nothing to trust
Set at launch. 90% to holders, 10% to the prize pool. No team allocation.
100M, locked for draws only — Silver, Gold, Diamond and Ruby Draws. Never eligible to win. Halves every 2 years, so it never empties.
No tax built into the token. Pump.fun charges its normal trading fee; the creator share of it (0.3%) goes to the creator wallet — see Creator fees below.
Keys to the pool are gone for good.
No admin switch left to flip.
None. The team holds no reserved tokens — 90% is on the open market from day one.
The whole prize goes to the winner. The draw takes nothing.

Creator fees — full disclosure
$LCN launches on pump.fun. Pump.fun charges its own trading fee on every swap and, under its Creator Fees program, pays the token's creator 0.3% of the fees the token generates. The creator wallet receives that creator fee. It is paid in SOL by pump.fun, not taken from holders' tokens, and it is not built into the token contract.
- It is completely separate from the prize pool. Draw prizes come only from the 100M locked at launch; creator fees never top it up and never drain it.
- It has no effect on any draw — not the odds, not the amounts, not the schedule.
- It is the team's only income. It funds running costs — hosting, RPC, development, moderation — and every promo reward, which is bought on the open market. There is no token allocation behind any of it.
- It is visible on-chain: pump.fun pays it to the creator's vault, which anyone can watch on Solscan.
If pump.fun changes its Creator Fees program, this section is updated to match.
No team allocation
The team holds no reserved tokens. Supply is 90% public and 10% prize pool, and nothing else. Any tokens the team ever holds are bought on the open market like everyone's, and the wallets that receive the creator fee are published at launch and excluded from every draw.
Running costs and promo rewards — including the monthly best-post prize — are paid from the pump.fun creator fee (see Creator fees), which arrives in SOL and is used to buy $LCN on the open market when a reward is due. Nothing for the team or for promotions ever comes out of the prize pool.
How to enter
About five minutes
Get a self-custody wallet
Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack. Write the recovery phrase on paper and store it offline. No website, form, or support agent will ever legitimately ask for it.
Fund it with SOL
Buy SOL on an exchange and withdraw it to your wallet address. Keep a small amount of SOL spare for transaction fees.
Verify the contract
Copy the mint address from this site only. Paste it into your DEX and confirm the full address matches character for character. Look-alike tokens exist.
Swap and hold
Trade SOL for $LCN on Jupiter or Raydium. Once the swap has finalized, every token you hold is an entry in every draw for as long as you hold it. Nothing to register, nothing to claim.
Promo rewards
A thank-you from the team for spreading the word. Separate from the draws: it gives no advantage in any draw. It is paid from the creator fee, bought on the open market — never from the draw vault.
- Promo drop. Post publicly about Lotto Coin on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Reddit with "$LCN" in the text — on X, tag @LottoCoinDev so we see it — email the link to giveaway@lottocoin.dev with the subject LCN PROMO, and the team may send you $LCN as a thank-you. Discretionary, not guaranteed, one claim per person per month.
- Monthly best post — 100,000 $LCN. See below.
Disclose that a post is promotional where your local advertising rules require it (in the US, the FTC expects #ad or similar when there is any incentive). Buying followers, bots, spam, and misleading claims about returns disqualify you.
Monthly best post — 100,000 $LCN
Once each calendar month, the single best qualifying $LCN promo post — judged for creativity, reach, and effort — wins 100,000 $LCN. This prize is bought on the open market with the creator fee (see Tokenomics) — it is not drawn from the 100,000,000-token draw vault and does not affect any draw's odds or payout. Email the link or screenshot to giveaway@lottocoin.dev with the subject LCN PROMO; the same eligibility rules apply. Entering this does not enter you in a draw, and entering a draw does not enter you in this. One winner is chosen per month, announced within 7 days of month end.

- Telegram is the most impersonated channel in crypto. Admins never DM first, never ask you to click a link to "verify", and there is no second group, no "support bot", and no "announcement channel" that will contact you privately.
- The team never DMs first, never asks you to "verify" or "claim", and never needs your seed phrase, private key, or a wallet signature to pay a prize.
- Prizes are sent automatically to the winning wallet. If someone tells you to do something to receive a prize, it's a scam.
- Only trust the mint address shown on this site. Anyone can create a token with the same name.

Every draw publishes its snapshot, root, seed, and code. The tool below rebuilds the result in your browser — same hash, same maths, no server involved.

Leaf = SHA-256("wallet:amountRaw"). Wallets sorted by address. Odd tails duplicated. Identical to snapshot.js and draw.js in the public repo.
Why the result can't be rigged
The order of operations is the whole guarantee. The holder list is fixed and its hash is published before the random number is requested from the VRF provider. That means the operator cannot see the result and then edit who was eligible, and cannot keep re-rolling until a friendly wallet wins — any change to the list would change the hash that was already public.
The random number comes from an on-chain verifiable randomness function, not from a server. Its proof is stored on Solana and anyone can check that the number was produced by the oracle and not chosen by us.
Selection is deterministic: given the same holder list and the same number, everyone computes the same winner. There is no step where a person picks. The tool above does exactly that computation in your browser using the same algorithm as the draw software, which is published in full.
